I’ve been swimming now for about 5 weeks to help ease my PCOS symptoms and lose weight and honestly, I’ve never felt better! I’m really not one for stomping out and hour on the treadmill or cross training myself skinny and to be honest I really don’t like the gym! So I asked myself what exercise do I enjoy? What did I enjoy when I was a child? It all comes back to being in the water! I’ve done some research and here are 8 reasons why if you haven’t taken to the water already, you should give it a go!
